PlanGrid now lets you share documents of any kind with the field — CAD designs, spreadsheets, videos, and more.
PlanGrid’s universal attachments now let you go beyond blueprint drawings, and share all your construction project documents with the field — completing your construction set.
All your documents, always organized
From design to operations, successfully managing building projects requires many file types — not just PDFs. From schedule documents, budgeting spreadsheets, and walkthrough videos to CAD designs and Google Earth placemarks, PlanGrid makes it easier to keep everyone on the same page throughout the project.
Like any other attachment, upload your project documents on www.plangrid.com or PlanGrid for Windows to instantly share them with the field. Supporting 28 new file types, you no longer need to switch between PlanGrid and file storage systems, or send emails with large file attachments. With duplicate file detection, PlanGrid also keeps your documents organized — so everyone is working from the same documents.

Quickly view any document
No matter where you are in PlanGrid, all of your documents are only a tap or two away. Switching between your blueprint drawings and project documents has never been easier.
Quickly access your documents from the attachments tab, or hyperlink annotations. Hyperlinks allow you to jump right to any attachment instead of digging through file folders. PlanGrid for iPhone and iPad even lets you view spreadsheets, documents, videos and photos directly within PlanGrid for immediate reference — so you can get back to work.
Easily share with anyone
No more sending emails with large file attachments, or opening up another application to share documents. Invite your teams to view all your project documents directly in PlanGrid, or share document links with people outside of PlanGrid—www.plangrid.com even lets you share multiple documents in a single ZIP file.

See it in action
Now, anyone on the project can quickly get access to the latest documents of any type, not just the latest drawings. Our company’s recent updates to attachments expand upon our continued effort to help contractors, designers and owners work together in one place.
