Last Friday, PlanGrid’s Customer Support team attended The Stevie Awards Gala Banquet and Awards Ceremony at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Stevie Awards are the world’s premier business awards to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations worldwide. We’re thrilled to report that we took home silver in the following Sales & Customer Service categories:
- Customer Service Department of the Year
- Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year
This is a significant achievement: some of the biggest brands in the world go head-to-head at this award ceremony, but PlanGrid’s excellent Customer Support team’s efforts shined through the competition. We believe that impeccable customer service is the lynchpin to a lasting and healthy relationship with our users, and that that relationship is built on respect and kindness for each and every person we come in contact with.
